Vigipool, developed by CCEI, is a complete connected pool management solution. It's an integrated system of automated, connected devices that form an intelligent technical room. Each piece of equipment can be remotely controlled via a dedicated smartphone application, enabling devices to be monitored and controlled in real time, from anywhere.
To complement the application, a Vigipool website provides access to all functions and detailed information on the equipment. With Vigipool, CCEI reinvents pool management, combining automation, remote control and continuous monitoring, to offer owners a simplified and secure pool experience.

For the launch of Vigipool's website , CCEI called on our teams to integrate the mock-ups designed by their external service provider. From the outset, the brief was clear: to create a mobile-first site , designed above all for an audience of mainly mobinauts. One of the site's key features was the integration of a customized configurator, enabling users to generate personalized quotes based on their responses, while identifying the products they required.
After several months of use, certain limitations became apparent, underlining the need for an improved version. improved version of the site, with improved performance and a more responsive web design adapted to all media. Let's not forget the impact of a non-adapted site: 88% of users are less inclined to return to a site after a bad browsing experience. 48% of users believe that a bad experience on a site reflects a lack of professionalism on the part of the company.

On the PC, the initial design had a number of shortcomings: the font was too small, and areas were too large and sparsely populated, making the user experience less pleasant compared to the more optimized mobile version.To correct these points, the webdesign was completely rethoughtwhile respecting the existing architecture. The font size was enlarged to improve legibility, and the various zones were adjusted to suit the desktop format, without compromising the fluidity of the mobile version.
Another key element was the complete redesign of the home page banner. From simple animations, a technical room visual was implemented. To enhance the customer experience, Vigipool wanted to create a dynamic, interactive visual with hot spots enabling users to identify products at the click of a button.
On the configurator side, new questions have been added to refine the personalization of quotations. The confirmation page has also been enhanced with additional functionalities, such as the ability to choose an installer via a store mapper or to select a reseller.
These enhancements deliver a more consistent experience, performanceand responsive for all users, on mobile and desktop.

Identify the limitations of V1 and clarify new requirements: review of existing situation, strengths, weaknesses, briefing on expected changes.
Functional and technical analysis Functional and technical analysis: before launching the layout work for integration, we studied the new requirements to propose the most appropriate solutions.
Creation of mock-ups: after confirmation of the answers to be provided, mock-ups were created using Figma. Vigipool was able to monitor progress in real time, commenting directly on the areas to be modified.

Testing a pre-production version: before determining the launch date, the site was tested by Vigipool on various media to preview modifications.
On-line: according to the date confirmed by Vigipool and in line with business requirements.
One of the special features of the Vigipool site is the creation of a customized configurator designed to guide customers in choosing the right products for their needs. Thanks to its flexible architecture and the use of Strapiour team was able to respond fully to this request. The configurator, based on a series of simple questions defined by Vigipool, automatically recommends the right appliances for each customer. At the end of the process, a personalized basket is proposed, along with a form for receiving a customized quote.

– Choisir un installateur : Le client peut accéder à une carte interactive référençant les magasins partenaires. Il peut ainsi localiser un installateur et lui envoyer le devis généré directement.
– Acheter en ligne : Le client peut accéder à trois revendeurs proposant les produits recommandés, facilitant ainsi l’achat en ligne immédiat.
